2008 Survey

Was 2008 good for you? Yes, it was. I made some amazing life changes and despite the loss of my job, I am feeling really good about myself and where I stand right now.

What was your favorite moment of the year? Spending time in the car with John when he takes my iphone away and makes me talk to him. And of course, meeting my nephew, Dane.

What was your worst moment of the year? When KB and I left the 20 W. 9th Street building for the last time.

Where were you when 2008 began? In bed (hehe!)

Where were you when 2008 ended? Playing Guitar Hero World Tour with my drummer. AKA, John.

Did you keep your new years resolution of 2008? I don't think I made one!

Do you have a new years resolution for 2009? To be the best I can be.

Did you fall in love in 2008? I stayed in love in 2008. But also fell in love with my nephew.

Did you breakup with anyone in 2008? Nope :)

Did you make any new friends in 2008? I sure did!

What was your favorite month of 2008? December.

Why this month? Lots of reasons. First off, the birth of my nephew, Dane. Secondly, I had a wonderful birthday with my hubby :), Third, the holidays were very good to me this year. I know, I am super materialistic.

Did you travel outside of the US (or your home country) in 2008? Nope.

How many different places did you travel to in 2008? I definitely didn't travel as much as Sarah! But I did go to SF, LA, Dallas a few times, St Louis and Colorado. I think that's about it.

Did you miss anybody in the past year? Yes, my mostly my family and my bff's in Cali.

What was your favorite song from 2008? 

I didn't have just one but a few of my favorites were: "The Way I Loved You" by Taylor Swift, "Bar-Ba-Sol" by David Cook, "Wedding Dress" by Matt Nathanson, "Womanizer" by Britney Spears (shut up)and "Say" John Mayer.

How many concerts or plays did you see in 2008? The plays I saw were Wicked and Rent. Concerts...Bon Jovi, American Idol Tour and Dave Matthews Band.

Did you have a favorite concert in 2008? Admittedly it may have been AMERICAN IDOL. DUH!

What was your favorite book in 2008? Twilight. New Moon was ok and I am really digging Eclipse.

Did you do anything you are ashamed of this year? Not that I am posting on a public website!

What was the biggest lie you told in 2008? I am pleading the 5th.

Did you treat somebody badly in 2008? Probably, we all know that I can be a bitch.

Did somebody treat you badly in 2008? I'd like to think not.

What was your proudest moment of 2008? Coming to terms with my weight and taking the steps to have the Lap Band surgery,

What was your most embarrassing moment of 2008? My claim to fame as David Cook's stalker.

If you could go back to any moment of 2008 and change something, what would it be? Trusting people who took me for granted.

Where did you work in 2008? For Aquila *tear* and Kansas City Power and Light.

Favorite TV shows(s) of 2008? The Office, It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia, American Idol, Project Runway and The Real Housewives of Atlanta, New York & Orange County.

Favorite Band(s) of 2008? DMB (natch)

Favorite Food in 2008? Broccoli cheddar baked potato from Jason's deli and Edy's Slow Churned Caramel Delight ice cream.

Favorite Drink in 2008? Water!

 Anywhere with John when he's not playing Oblivion.

Favorite person(s) to be with in 2008? John Joseph!

Favorite person(s) to talk to in 2008? Kelly B, Hoenshell, Rach, Alison, Elise, Sara, Steph.

Favorite trip in 2008? Definitely the wedding in Laguna.

Favorite stores in 2008? Target, ULTA and LB.

Hardest thing you had to go through in 2008? The loss of an amazing job.

Most exciting moment(s) in 2008? David Cook winning American Idol.

Best moment(s) in 2008? Getting on the scale a week after my surgery and seeing the weight loss I'd already achieved. I knew at that moment I made the right decision :)
